Management consulting rigour, applied to your largest asset
Tasneem (Taz) Khajanchi advises buyers and sellers across Aurora and the Greater Toronto Area.
Most people move three or four times in a lifetime. I have sat on the other side of hundreds of negotiations, and that difference in reps is what you are hiring.
Before real estate
I spent my early career in management consulting, where the job was to take a messy situation, find the number that actually mattered, and argue for it with evidence. Real estate turned out to be the same work with higher stakes for the people involved.
How I work
I price from comparables and days-on-market data, not from wishful thinking. I tell sellers what a room will cost them before it is listed. I tell buyers when to walk. Clients who want a cheerleader usually find me blunt; clients who want the house tend to appreciate it.
Where I work
Aurora is home base. I also list and sell across Newmarket, Richmond Hill, King City, Vaughan, Markham and Whitchurch-Stouffville.
